Grease Extract Systems
Exterior and interior areas of the canopies and filter housing will be professionally cleaned as far as accessible (access doors can be fitted to enable full cleaning of the entire length of the ducting - subject to survey).
Exterior fans, grease traps degreased and reassembled where necessary.
Filters to be soaked in a solution tank to remove any grease deposits.
Grills will be soaked and sanitised and the ducting vacuumed and sanitised where accessible. Access doors may be required throughout the system.
